RE: Which URL to use for the WSDL2 SOAP schema

The old schema will still be available at the old place. Since it will
become obsolete sometime (fairly soon I hope), there doesn't seem to be a
reason to link to that schema from the namespace document.

When Woden is updated, you will have to choose whether you want to link to
the latest schema (which might have errata folded in) or the dated version
(which might contain errors but can be counted on never to change.)

Subject: Which URL to use for the WSDL2 SOAP schema

The document at the namespace URL http://www.w3.org/ns/wsdl/soap specifies
the following URLs for the soap.xsd file:
1) http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/desc/ns/soap.xsd for the latest version,
including errata (this currently points to the 2006/03/21 version).
2) http://www.w3.org/2007/03/wsdl/soap.xsd for a dated version (2007/03/14).

Apache Woden currently retrieves the WSDL2 SOAP schema from
http://www.w3.org/2006/01/wsdl/soap.xsd. With the latest WSDL2 namespace
changes, will these schema URLs be changed reflect the namspace URL
http://www.w3.org/ns/wsdl/soap or will they remain as they are, with the
dated version potentially changing by PR or Recommendation?

thanks,
John Kaputin
