[As discussed yesterday during the implementers call, this message is for the record.] For the message exchange test results, we only check the URI if http:location is present in the WSDL Component Model. This means that if the IRI style and GET are in use, without an http:location attribute, we are not going to check the URI at all in the XPath expressions. If we want to handle the case in the future, I suggest following the same approach as for faults: the name of the operation MUST end with "Location" if there is a need to check the URI even if the http:location attribute is absent.
