SOAP Response and SOAP Action

?         2007-02-15: Jonathan to check whether the test suite needs 

                      to be fixed with regards to SOAP Response and 

                      action

 

I did this.  There is now a message level assertion that checks that even
when a soapAction is specified with the soap-response MEP, that it doesn't
end up in the message.  A new red square resulted in both Canon and WSO2
implementations as a result - message 1 in MessageTest-4G.
