Action Items Done - Unknown Extension Test Cases

I just added 3 test cases to the test suite. UnknownExtension-1B, 1G, 2G

I completed [1]:

2006-06-08: [interop] Arthur to create a testcase for an unknown extension 
wsdl:required=true.
2006-06-08: [interop] Arthur to create a testcase for an unknown extension 
wsdl:required=false.

I threw in another one with wsdl:required missing (false).
