Error in part 1 xml syntax summary

Another enditorial error: the xml syntax summary in part 1 shows the
cardinality of <endpoint> as 0..* whereas the schema says 1..*. I
believe the schema is right and the syntax summary should be fixed.

Just noticed that the reference to the primer in both part1 and two need
some update. in particular, the editors list is incorrect, and the url
needs update.
 
I consider this as editorial.
