RE: Primer Last Call and LC 124

I really do not see the reason why Primer should be delayed with respect
to LC124.

	I would suggest that we put an editor's notes in the related
sections to indicate the issue.  Holding the LC process is not

		Hi all,

		 

		I would like to time the publication of the Primer with
LC124 resolution.  I would like the primer to reflect how we resolve
LC124, so I would like to delay going to Last Call on the Primer until
then.  I will certainly contribute update/examples based on LC124.
