RE: Primer Last Call and LC 124

Hi David,
 
Are there any particular sections that you see serious problems that can
not be resolved until LC124 is resolved? 
 
I would suggest that we put an editor's notes in the related sections to
indicate the issue.  Holding the LC process is not necessary, IMHO.

	I would like to time the publication of the Primer with LC124
resolution.  I would like the primer to reflect how we resolve LC124, so
I would like to delay going to Last Call on the Primer until then.  I
will certainly contribute update/examples based on LC124.
