I agree this is a reasonable case. However, it's not doable with the
current design.

In the current draft, the binding type and the underlying protocol are
attributes of wsdl:binding only. It implies that not only the input and
output messages of an operation,  but all the operations of an interface
MUST use same binding type and procotol.
