RE: Recommendations from Patterns Task Force

WSDL 1.2 Part 2: Patterns has been updated to incorporate all but one of the recommendations of the Patterns Task Force. The remaining work item is to update the fault generation rules to explicitly declare which nodes are involved in the exchange of faults.

While discussing the recommendations of the Patterns Task Force, two new issues were opened:

77: Is the "name" the correct [local name] for interface/operation/input/@name?
