1.  Assign scribe.  Lucky minute taker for this week is:
      Mike McHugh (fallback Johan Pauhlsson, Waqar Sadiq, Adi Sakala,
Krishna Sankar)

2.  Approval of minutes [6].  Bill Stumbo was also present, but not so
recorded.  Youenn had sent regrets [7] but was not so recorded.

3.  Review of Action items.
DONE 2002.05.23: GlenD to post email adding an issue: Are MEP's hard 
                 coded in the spec, or can they be extended through 
                 extensibility? 
?    2002.05.23: JeffM to write up rationale for dropping operation
                 overloading. 
DONE 2002.05.23: Philippe, Jonathan, Waqar to work on getting the usage
                 scenarios published.
DONE 2002.05.30: Jonathan will send email to the group regarding
attending
                 the FTF by phone.
DONE 2002.05.30: Prasad to raise an issue of spec inconsistency about 
                 optional parts.
?    2002.05.30: GlenD to write up his ideas re: extensibility

7d. Issue: remove solicit-response and output-only operations? Any
proposals to better specify these ops?  Should we have a straw poll on
whether to close the issue or wait for a proposal?

7f. Issue(s): Non-SOAP HTTP Binding
Jeffrey refactored up the non-SOAP HTTP binding issues [25] and proposed
a solution for some of them in [26], [27], and [28].

7g. Issue: Should Operations permit alternate and multiple responses?
