Hello, my name is Jochen Ruetschlin and (once my AC rep confirms in reply to this message) I'll be representing DaimlerChrysler Research as alternate on this working group. I have a computer science degree from the University of Ulm, Germany. Since the last 3 years I'm working on a lightweight component framework based on (XML-based) Web technologies like SOAP, WSDL, XUL, UDDI, ... I am looking forward to working with you all. I agree to participate per the charter http://www.w3.org/2002/01/ws-desc-charter last revised 2002/01/26 I do not have personal knowledge of any IPR claims held by DaimlerChrysler Research regarding Web Services Description.
