- First draft of requirements doc published at:
http://www.w3.org/TR/ws-desc-reqs/.

- Usage scenarios document missed the publication moratorium, the WG
felt it could benefit from additional review (many members had not
completed their review).  Expect publication in 3 or 4 weeks.

- Have begun tackling top issues on our issues list (already closed
one!).
