We welcome innovative service research from both academic and industry communities. Topics covered by the conference include, but are not limited to, the following topics: Service-Oriented Architecture Service-Oriented Software Engineering Service System Technology Service-Oriented Semantic Computing Service-Oriented Applications The proceedings of SOCA conference 2007 will be published by IEEE. The best papers from the proceedings will be selected for publication in the new Springer Journal on Service-Oriented Computing and Applications (SOCA), to be inaugurated in March 2007, as well as special issues in many other journals.
