Updated glossary: clean-up and sync'ed with architecture document

All,

I have sync'ed the glossary with the latest version of the
architecture document[2].

The only difference are the definitons of requester and provider
entity that I added that are not in the architecture document yet.

David, please note that I removed of role[3] as I have added the
definition of service role[4] from the architecture document.

Following up on last week's message[1], I have also cleaned up the
document by removing unwanting terms, taking into account Roger's
feedback.
