How are sections 2.2.37 thru 2.2.40 relevant to the conceptual section? It would seem to me that SOAP and WSDL are realizations of aspects of the WSA as described in this manner. I think that the conceptual section should deal in the abstractions and then later on talk about mapping of the conceptual architectural framework to specifications/technologies.
