F2 minus F12 (i.e. the part of F2 that does not intersect F1) might need some clarification. It could mean just the non-SOAP Binding of W3C WSDL (i.e. HTTP and MIME Bindings), or it could go further and include in its scope things like IBM's WSIF (now an Apache project) where WSDL can be used to describe regular JMS and RMI connections (and even straight same-process Java calls with no protocol involvement).
