From my participation in OASIS UDDI, I can tell you that one of the issues coming up once in a while is ebXML Registry / UDDI convergence. There was an intense discussion last September (see the "ebXML Registry / UDDI Convergence" thread at http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/uddi-spec/200209/threads.html) which did not generate any practical action. On a less ambitious scope, a recent UDDI Technical Note addresses the possibility of using UDDI as the registry for ebXML components (see http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/uddi-spec/200301/doc00003.doc).
