Having thought about this a bit more, I have a proposal which might
address Daniel's concern and our will to merge D-AG0013 and D-AG0014,
by making the difference between "co-ordinate" and "liaise":

could be replaced by:

	D-AG0013 (subsumes D-AG0014): "co-ordinate with other W3C
	Working Groups, the Technical Architecture Group, and _liaise
	with_ other groups doing Web services related work in order to
	maintain a coherent architecture for Web services."
