DAG0017 The reference architecture should provide guidance for the development the web services infrastructure needed for implementing common business functions. Measurements: Is there a standard mechanism for implementing reliable messaging? Transaction processing? Routing and intermediaries? I know that these were mentioned in the teleconference but I've had some difficulty in locating specific wording for goals 17 and above.
