I was refering to Dave's comment in www-ws-arch[1]. He isn't on the
taskforce but would like to see all the discussions in www-ws-arch.

As I said, I was happy to use the www-archive public archive since
people wanted it that way, but somebody outside of the taskforce
explicitely asked for all discussions to happen on www-ws-arch, so we
should do so as mandated by our process.

Hal is actually a taskforce and Working Group member, representing
OASIS as listed in [2].
