RE: New snapshot of the Web Services Architecture Usage Scenarios

Martin,

You absolutely right that the scenarios are fairly soap specific, it's a
"todo" to make them more neutral.  That's because they came from the SOAP
scenarios.  I didn't volunteer to go through and remove all the soap
specific stuff because I had thought it was of higher priority to do other
work in the WSArch group.

For changes, please refer to [1].

It probably needs a little editorial work before TR publication. For
example, I think that we should put editorial notes on scenarios that
were commented on since they haven't been reworked yet.

Comments (substantial as well as editorial) are welcome.
