The WSIA group[1] (which focuses on infrastructure for interactive applications built from web services) began their requirements gathering process by soliciting a number of usage scenarios[2]. Use cases from these scenarios were extracted and grouped into four use case categories[3]. The most recent versions of the two priority categories, Embedded[4] and Customized[5] are also available. These documents may be useful to us for both content and format. There is early work on extracting requirements from the use case documents, but nothing has yet been published (I expect this will shortly follow the F2F next week). They are basing their requirements doc format on that of XMLP[6].
