status of imports 11 test

It appears to me that http://www.w3.org/2002/03owlt/imports/premises011 is
not in OWL Lite (or OWL DL) because of a typo.  The document imports

	http://www.w3.org/2002/03owlt/imports/support001-A

but the ont namespace in the document is

	http://www.w3.org/2002/03owlt/imports/support011-A

OWLP 0.5 reports that http://www.w3.org/2002/03owlt/imports/premises011 is
not correct OWL Lite and thus (incorrectly) fails the 
http://www.w3.org/2002/03owlt/imports/Manifest011#test as written.
