OMG/UML proposals

FYI:

I spoke with the IBM team that submitted the OMG proposal.  THey tell me 
that all four groups (IBM, Gentleware, DSTC, Sandpiper) are working 
together towards a unified proposal.  They have been encouraged to do this 
by OMG.  So it is not the case that IBM is working only with Sandpiper.
