This Thursday (November 13), we expect that the agenda for the webont telecon will include a proposal to move OWL to a Proposed Recommendation. We believe that we have met all our CR exit criteria, and that with RDF Core's decision to request PR with their current documents, we are now ready to request Proposed Recommendation ourselves. Stay tuned for more information and agenda, but this is a little advanced notice so you can be sure your organization is represented if it wishes to be.
