Proposed minor editorial change to OWL Test

I propose that OWL Test is modified with the 11 instances of "datatype
theory" each being replaced by "datatype map".

Suggested change log entry:

The 11 instances of "datatype theory" were each replaced with "datatype
map".

Each of these 11 instances is hyperlinked to
http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/PR-owl-semantics-20031215/direct.html#datatype_the
ory
which reads "Definition: A datatype map D is ..."

The OWL Semantics PR included an update which aligned better with the
terminology used in the RDF Semantics PR. An error on the part of the test
editors resulted in this not propogating into the OWL Test PR. This change
fixes that mistake.
