Something went wrong with the update of the RDF Schema of OWL.
In the message to the list about the Reference PR draft [1] I wrote:

and should be copied to
http://www.w3.org/2002/07/owl.rdf

but the version at the W3C site is still the old CR version of the
owl.rdf file. Can you change this? The links in owl.rdf to the RDF PR
docs need to be changed slightly (due to the change from Dec 9 to Dec 15).
