I have two concerns with the test document as it currently stands:

1/ There is very little guidance on which kind of tests to go for.  I thus
   think that Section 1.1 should be expanded.

2/ There is a note that there are differences of opinion on what the RDF in
   tests should look like.  This should be ironed out quickly.
