If we want the version number, then I think the two line version is required. Otherwise we could go with Web Ontology Language (OWL) Test Cases Web Ontology Language (OWL) Feature Synopsis Web Ontology Language (OWL) Reference Web Ontology Language (OWL) Semantics Web Ontology Language (OWL) Guide (Guessing that we can drop the colon).
