Dear All, You can find a local arrangements page at [1]. More details about social events, agenda etc will be added in due course. Currently, the page just lists some hotels in the area. If it is preferred, a block booking could be made at one or other of these - those who are planning to attend can let me know on this point and say if they have any preference.
