DASL design issues

There is now a list of open design issues for the DASL protocol at 

http://dav.ics.uci.edu/dasl/protocol/issues.html

The design team will be working over the coming weeks to attempt to resolve
these.

We welcome comments as to how best to resolve these issues.  I will update
the list of issues as new ones are added and old ones are resolved.
