5.1 -- It would be good to make it clear at the outset that support for discovering which query grammars are supported is mandatory. I don't really find this out till 6.3. 5.2 -- I hope that support for schema discovery is optional -- I would really like to see us keep things as simple as possible, not only for clients, but also for servers. Again, it's impossible to tell from the discussion in 5.2 whether support for schema discovery is mandatory or optional. I agree with Saveen that we need to find another name for this besides "schema". How about "queryconstraints"? Even if queryconstraints is completely open-ended, we still need to define it. <!ELEMENT queryconstraints ANY*> We should probably say that every query grammar MUST define a queryconstraint element specific to that query grammar.
