I propose adding the entry below to the SCXML Errata document. Please send any comments to this list. - Jim Section 3.10.2 Remove mention of atomic states from description of deep history state. The final sentence in the first paragraph of 3.10.2 should read: (Note that under the definition of a legal state specification, if the parent of the history element is <state> and the default state specification contains a multiple states, then, in a conformant SCXML document, the 'type' of the history element /MUST/ be "deep" and the states /MUST/ be descendants of a <parallel> element that is itself a descendant of the parent <state> element.) Remove the reference to atomic states. The definition of legal state specification does not require that the default state specification of a deep history state contain only atomic states.
