Why do the 04/2014 XML schemas use namespace http://www.w3.org/2005/07/scxml from Mike Werner on 2016-07-12 (www-voice@w3.org from July to September 2016)

Hi,

the schemas referenced at http://www.w3.org/TR/scxml point to www.w3.org/2011/04/SCXML <http://www.w3.org/2011/04/SCXML/>. These schemas still use the old http://www.w3.org/2005/07/scxml namespace. Wouldn’t it be better to use a namespace like http://www.w3.org/2011/04/scxml to distinct between the different versions?
