SCXML schemas still don't validate with respect to UPA

Hi Jacob,
Three months ago there was a discussion about sxcml schemas which don't validate with respect
to UPA rule.
You mentioned about a fix in the new draft but still the schema files are the same.
Will there be a new version of the xsd files or we have to find ways to bypass this rule in validators?
