SCXML <var>

Some words in advocacy of old <var> tag.

When you assign xml-tree to <data> using <assign expr> or send xml-tree using  <send namelist>, implementation has to clone any xml-data.
XPath result collection must be cloned and transformed to DocumentFragment on assigning and sending.

<var> can play role of light/live data storage without cloning
if it will have semantics of temporary memory with life time within the bounds of transition.
