Dear participants,

since the meeting is very close, I suggest you to carefully read the following points and also the updated Logistics page [1]

The most important issues are for people arriving Sunday 17:

We are trying to organize a transport service from the Venice Airport to Tenuta Ca' Tron for participants that will arrive the 17 June.

So please, *indicate as soon as possible DATE and TIME of your arrival*.

 

Furthermore, as Tenuta Ca' Tron only provides Bed and Breakfast service on Sunday 17, and most of you will arrive on that date, *we are trying to organize a dinner*.

I would like to recall you on some very important issues:

1) *The accommodation has to be paid by cash*. The cost per night is detailed in the Logistics page [1].

2) You can either carry the money cash or to change it in the airport or Venice, otherwise ATM machines will be present and accessible during the evenings outside the venue.

3) The ways to reach the venue are:

  - by taxi (from airport)

  - by car

  - by train arriving in a small village "Quarto d'Altino".

A shuttle bus will be provided during some days (19th, 21st, 22nd June) in the evening but you need to pre-arrange it, otherwise you can arrange taxi's rides.

The 15th, 16th and 17th of June a car of Tenuta Ca' Tron will be at guests' disposal to bring them to:

- the Quarto d'Altino train station;

- Roncade (to visit the castle);

- the closest restaurants (on evenings);

- Treviso (since Treviso is not very close to Tenuta Ca' Tron, you should advise Francesca Rossetto (the receptionist) in advance).

4) The accommodation will include breakfast/lunch/coffee for meeting days. 

For the week-end before or after the meeting, only Bed and Breakfast will be offered, so you need to organize your meals.
