Dear All, I just like to inform you that Fredrik Kronlid and I have written an SCXML-related paper to be presented at DECALOG 2007 in June (see <http://www.cimec.unitn.it/events/decalog/>). The title of the paper is: Implementing the Information-State Update Approach to Dialogue Management in a Slightly Extended SCXML and it can be downloaded from: http://www.ling.gu.se/~lager/papers/isu_in_scxml.pdf The Information-State Update (ISU) Approach to dialogue management has become a sort of 'standard' for research oriented dialogue systems in recent years, and since we show in the paper that this approach may be implemented in (moderatel extended) SCXML, we thought it might be a good idea to let the W3C workgroups know about it. Perhaps SCXML could become even better suited to implementing the ISU approach, and perhaps SCXML could even help bridging the gap between academia and industry? Best regards, Torbjörn Lager
