Dear Voice Browser Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/CR-voicexml21-20050613/ appendix C.3 states "When a Conforming VoiceXML 2.1 Processor encounters a non-Conforming VoiceXML 2.0 or 2.1 document, its behavior is undefined." This seems to contradict other sections, e.g. section 5 states for the <data> element Exactly one of "src" or "srcexpr" must be specified; otherwise, an error.badfetch event is thrown. Assuming that a document that violates this requirement is not con- forming, the document does define error processing.
