Dear Voice Browser Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/CR-voicexml21-20050613/ is unclear about which ECMAScript media types must be supported by VoiceXML 2.1 im- plementations that support external scripts delivered using a MIME- like protocol like HTTP. The only appropriate media type for such content is application/ecmascript; as this is a new media type and existing ECMAScript implementations do not interoperate well in this regard, other W3C Technical Reports require support for this type. I think VoiceXML 2.1 should do the same and require support for the application/ecmascript media type as defined in http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-hoehrmann-script-types-03.txt regards, -- Björn Höhrmann · mailto:bjoern@hoehrmann.de · http://bjoern.hoehrmann.de Weinh.
