W3C Pronunciation Lexicon Requirements available for review

The W3C Voice Borrower Working Group announces a revised Pronunciation
Lexicon Requirements document which has been upgraded to align with
VoiceXML and other languages in the W3C Speech Application Framework.
The Pronunciation Lexicon Specification (PLS) will be used to describe
the pronunciation of words for both speech recognition and speech
synthesis systems.
