ssml Implementation.

Since there is nothing on the W3C site that I can find,

I'm looking for implementations of SSML,
with a high quality UK English voice,
Must have an external lexicon.

We don't want  call centre functionality;


Off list contact may be appropriate?

I wish the WG would put up implementations.
