Help request about Cambridge VoiceTech Voice Studio

Hi at all,
one questions about Cambridge VoiceTech (www.cambridgevoice.com) Voice Studio:

Using Voice Studio, seems that the only language available for the TTS output is "English (USA)". 
We download from the Microsoft site(http://www.microsoft.com/PRODUCTS/msagent/downloads.htm) the Lernout & Haupsie TTS3000 Text-To-Speech Engine - Italian (lhttsiti.exe 2Mb file), the Microsoft Agent core components (Msagent.exe 395Kb), the file for add the Italian language to the core components (AgtX0410.exe 128Kb), the Microsoft SAPI 4.0a runtime libraries (spchapi.exe 824Kb) and also the Speech Control Panel.
But after that we install the Lernout & Haupsie TTS3000 Text-To-Speech Engine - Italian (lhttsiti.exe) it's not possible to heard English or Italian Voice from the Voice Studio browser (no error are displayed....the browser continue to work for a long time without TTS (English or Italian) output) and so for return to the English output we must uninstall the Lernout & Haupsie TTS3000 Text-To-Speech Engine - Italian using the Control Panel.
How we can use Italian TTS output? We try also to uninstall the English TrueVoice TTS Engine and install only the Italian L&H TTS3000 Engine, but also in this case don't work...
