The W3C sponsors a yearly international conference on the Web.
This year's conference is in Hong Kong, May 1-5. See:

The final day of the conference is devoted to topics of interest
to developers, and I was asked to help organize a track on the
Voice Web. If you are interested in making a presentation, please
contact me with a short description of what you have in mind.
