Your help wanted with draft briefing package

I am preparing a briefing package and charter for setting up an
interest group on Voice Browsers. The plan is to send this to W3C
members for their approval in mid-January, followed by a face to
face meeting in late March. The general idea is to conduct most
business via email, with monthly teleconferences.

I would be delighted to have your feedback on the draft
briefing package and charter which you can find at:

  http://www.w3.org/UI/Voice/1998/voice-ig-brief.html
  http://www.w3.org/UI/Voice/1998/voice-ig-charter.html

In particular, I would appreciate help with the following
points, but feedback on any aspect of the drafts is welcomed.

  a) How might a potential Recommendation interact and overlap
with existing international standards and Recommendations?

  b) What organizations are likely to be affected by potential
     overlap?

  c) a list of groups that are known or presumed to be working on,
or interested in, standards relating to Voice Browsers, with
     pointers to the respective projects.

Please let me have your feedback as soon as possible to avoid the
risk of a delay in sending the briefing package to W3C members.

Regards,
