13 March 1994 by Coombs Computing Unit, RSSS/RSPAS, Australian
National University, Canberra as a part of the CERN's (Geneva,Switzerland)
World Wide Web Virtual Library Project

Currently SOCIAL SCIENCES WWW VL offers direct access to over 260
world's leading online information facilities for social sciences and
humanities.
