Standalone (local) version of the validators?

Hello,
I often use your validators for HTML and CSS.

But doing this with the browser and a web frontend is quit inefficient 
and costs resources. I have an application creating HTML and CSS. In its 
unit tests I need to validate the output and would like to do this with 
such a local available validator. It is not an option doing some REST 
API or other web magic on your website. It should run on a local machine 
without any internet connection.

I do use several linter in my projects. But a HTML CSS linter is 
missing.

I something like this available?
