nu validator: please add option to allow (or even require) />

Hi,

I have trouble checking some documents because the…

> Trailing slash on void elements has no effect and interacts badly with
> unquoted attribute values. (1000)

… message masks all other possible issues.

The trailing slash is by design, so the document can be read
as XML, and I write almost all webpages as XHTML/1.1 anyway,
just for this one I need “loading="lazy"” so it cannot be that,
so it’s sort-of-XHTML5 now.

Please add an option in the 「Options…」 to allow trailing slashes.
Perhaps (ideally, for me) even a tristate: warn if present, allow
either, warn if absent (so it can be checked for consistency).

Thanks in advance,
