The code is there, right where the validator says where it is, at line 238,
column 5042. You can see that code by selecting “Show source” in the user
interface of the validator, or by accessing the page online and using the
“View source” function of your browser.
As the column number suggests (meaning that the source line is thousands of
characters long), the source code is probably generated programmatically
from some data source, which is what you are probably looking at.
