On-line Validator No Longer Works on My Website

Hello,

For some reason the HTML and CSS validators no longer work on my website 
at https://ve3oat.ca.

For several days now, I get only this error message when trying to 
validate the HTML and CSS code for my site :

<quote>IO Error: HTTP resource not retrievable. The HTTP status from the 
remote server was: 404.</quote>

I can visit my pages and other people continue to do so, but Validator 
cannot.  Is my code so bad that Validator just gives up on me?

Please advise.
